30 year old male patient with diarrhea
30 year old male patient from chityala came to the opd with chief complaints of recurrent loose stools and abdominal pain on 3/01/ 23.
HOPI- The patient was asymptomatic on 2/ 01/ 23. He had a days old juice after which he had developed recurrent lose stools with a vomiting in the late evening.The stools had low volume and increased consistency. This was followed by abdominal pain which was sqeezing type in the umbilical region. There was no radiating pain. His pain did not reduce on any food intake or any other home remedy.
Past history- none
Personal history - The patient is not a known case of
-DM
-Asthma
-HTN
- Epilepsy
-TB
-Thyroid
Family history - none
Drug history - The patient had administered an ELDOPER TAB before coming to the hospital which didn't reduce any pain .
Allergic history- none
Investigations -
Diagnosis - Acute gastroenteritis secondary to food poisoning.
